Eagle Custom Homes is focused on building lifestyle homes, custom homes, and estate homes for the discriminating clientele. We choose to work with homebuyers who want more amenities than are found in typical market homes. Granted our preference to build distinctive timeless custom homes adds up to fewer ground-breakings each year. But, we prefer to place our name on a modest number of magnificent homes and let others address the needs of less discriminating homebuyers.

The Process
Often times more important than the final product, the process becomes the experience most remembered and most valued. We feel that our clients needs form the process since each house is unique and deserves careful attention.

Depending on the complexity of the home we usually begin with preliminary sketches and base initial budgets on these sketches. This allows our clients to make informed decisions without investing more money. From this stage we may adjust the plan and proceed with construction documents which leads to the contract agreement, a process that takes about 30 – 45 days.

The core of the process is the construction of your new home. Since we have a detailed plan now we work the plan. Administered by our team of professionals having been involved with hundreds of homes our clients are assured that their decisions are implemented to everyone’s expectations. Typical building times vary depending on the complexity and season but generally 6 months is good for planning purposes.

The final phase of the process is the post-closing stage. Since first impressions are important then last impressions are what remain. We diligently address our clients needs after closing as our home begins to age with time.

The Design
Few custom home builders have a depth of team that Eagle Custom Homes has. As an established builder who has long term relationships with many of the premier architects and designers in the region we have the ability to craft a home that emulates our clients. From the initial interview we take a leadership role to achieve a plan to determine a direction and begin to develop a baseline for design. Important rooms such as kitchens are diligently designed to return the lasting impressions our clients deserve.
